Job summary

Celestar Corporation in Hanover, MD seeks an Identity Data Management Specialist – Senior to support a Department of Defense customer. An active TS/SCI with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph is required.

The role emphasizes developing IdDM plans, training personnel, and sustaining IdDM operations while coordinating with multiple units. The position includes policy development, data management tasks, and delivering briefings with regular reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category.
• Experience within the last 2 years preferred.
• Ability to train personnel and deliver briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop IdDM plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Deliver IdDM training to support unit readiness.
• Maintain IdDM plans in line with DoD policies.
• Prepare reports, information papers and briefings.
• Coordinate with supported units via in-person meetings, e-mail or calls.
