Job summary

Beauport Hotel Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Concierge to deliver personalized guest experiences on Massachusetts' North Shore. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate experiences, assist with reservations, transportation and luggage, and foster memorable stays.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability, strong communication, and collaboration across departments. Proficiency with MS Office, POS, PMS/CRM is a plus while maintaining accurate records and safety

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a Concierge or similar role.
• Excellent hospitality and client relationship skills.
• Ability to listen to understand guest needs.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• Experience booking experiences and coordinating arrangements.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PMS/CRM tools.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Salary range is $21-$22/hr.

Responsibilities

• Refresh knowledge of Cape Ann attractions and experiences.
• Explain, coordinate, book and track guest experiences.
• Assist guests with reservations, transport, and packages.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally.
• Develop relationships with local partners for new experiences.
• Manage guest issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Support Front Office with check-in/check-out and guest calls.
• Assist with special events and keep records updated.
• Monitor inventory of concierge supplies and keep materials current.
• Follow safety procedures and Evacuation Plan.
