Life Time, Inc. seeks passionate certified fitness professionals to join its Signature Format Coach team.

Lead high-energy group workouts across formats like Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, and Core Tone Reform, delivering safe, effective programming and fostering a welcoming member community. As a Signature Format Coach, you will guide members with presence and purpose, supporting different fitness levels and promoting Life Time’s signature programming and culture through ongoing coaching

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least 1 year teaching or coaching experience in your format.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage a group.
• Ability to demonstrate and modify exercises safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective workouts for your Signature format.
• Provide cues, progressions, and modifications for all fitness levels.
• Create a motivating, inclusive, high-energy group environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized training space.
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and culture.
• Participate in brand trainings and ongoing coaching development.
