Job summary

Life Time is seeking passionate, certified fitness professionals to join our Signature Format coaching team. Lead high-energy, results-driven group workouts across Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning, CTR, MB360 formats, delivering safe, inclusive, motivating sessions.

You’ll coach varying fitness levels, provide cues and progressions, maintain a clean space, and engage members while upholding Life Time brand culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED Certification; at least one nationally recognized certification related to your format; 1+ year teaching or coaching experience; ability to physically demonstrate and teach your format; excellent communication and teamwork.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field; experience across multiple formats; familiarity with heart rate tools and data coaching.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to coach across all fitness levels; background in bootcamp-style formats and variety of formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and inspiring workouts specific to your Signature format.
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications to support all fitness levels.
• Create a motivating, inclusive, and high-energy group environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and brand culture.
• Participate in brand trainings, teach backs, and ongoing coaching development.
