You’ll coach in formats like Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, and mind-body conditioning, adapting to all fitness levels. You will promote our signature programming, participate in ongoing coaching development, and maintain safe, engaging

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least one nationally recognized certification for your format.
• 1+ year teaching or coaching experience.
• Ability to demonstrate and teach your format physically.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and inspiring workouts specific to your Signature format.
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications to support all fitness levels.
• Create a motivating, inclusive, and high-energy group environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space.
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and brand culture.
• Participate in brand trainings, teach backs, and ongoing coaching development.
