Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking passionate Signature Format Coaches to lead specialized group workouts in our Signature formats. You will deliver high-energy, results-driven sessions, adapting for different ability levels and ensuring a safe, engaging member experience.

Roles cover Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning, CTR, MB360, and more, with opportunities to mentor others and participate in continued coaching development. CPR/AED and format certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year teaching or coaching in your format.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective workouts tailored to your Signature format.
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all levels.
• Create an inclusive, high-energy group training environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized training space and brand standards.
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and culture; participate in trainings.
