Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of management experience in customer service, events, or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, computer science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site logistics for events and ensure smooth program operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for staff and vendors during events.
• Manage and support frontline staff, ensuring adherence to event protocols and guest service.
