Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks two Signal Integrity FAE/Marketing Manager professionals to drive high-speed signaling solutions across the USA, with postings in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX. You will collaborate with engineering to optimize designs, present results, and support sales with technical training and compelling datasheets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in related electronics sectors, HFSS/CST/ADS tools, and strong SI knowledge to influence product direction and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom industries.
• Proficiency with HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers and high-speed lab equipment.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand and address signal integrity requirements with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs and support customer-specific applications for high-frequency/EMI requirements.
• Lead R&D initiatives, contribute to industry standards, and identify emerging trends in electronics.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums, facilitating technical discussions and networking.
• Develop and maintain documentation including test reports and technical papers.
