Qualifications

Position: Signal Integrity - Product Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• As Signal Integrity Engineering Manager for our OverPass Business Unit, you'll lead a dynamic team designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications - supporting data rates up to 448 Gbps/lane. This role blends technical depth with team leadership and customer engagement across next-gen cloud, data center, 5G, and enterprise markets.
• Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing roadmap and strategy aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on business impact, risk assessment, and available resources.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Guide a team of signal integrity engineers developing advanced OverPass systems.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of tester design, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities for team members.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle, minimizing rework and improving overall product quality.
• Monitor test execution, analyze test results, and drive resolution of open issues.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between the testing team, development teams, product management, and other stakeholders.
