Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer in Seattle, WA to contribute to customer system development from concept to production. You will help design, simulate, and test high-speed connectors and cable interconnects, supporting production and sales teams with SI expertise.

Preferred candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of SI experience; MS/PhD is a plus and experience with HFSS/CST/MatLab is valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS/PhD preferred.
• 3 years of industry experience with electromag principles for digital signal integrity.
• Experience with high-speed connectors in communications equipment is a plus.
• Experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging with TDR, VNA, pattern generators, error detectors and similar equipment.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to customer system development from concept to production.
• Develop integration and test strategies for new product introduction.
• Design, simulate, and measure high-speed electrical connectors and cable-based interconnects.
• Support production to ensure high-level test and measurement excellence.
• Assist sales engineers with product break-in strategies based on signal integrity expertise.
