Job summary

Amphenol Spectra-Strip, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer in Nashua, NH. You will lead SI projects from design through validation and ramp to production, guiding teams across mechanical and electrical disciplines.

You will apply high-speed cable design, perform simulations, and provide SI solutions across diverse data transmission applications, with emphasis on real-world customer support and collaboration in a global organization.

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years in interconnect signal integrity measurement or simulation.
Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles for digital signal integrity.
Experience with SI and EM tools such as Ansys HFSS & Designer; MATLAB, ADS, and HSPICE a plus.
Hands-on experience with frequency- and time-domain characterization, test & calibration methods.

Responsibilities

Serve as the architect for signal integrity capability and competencies for Spectra-Strip Community.
Engage with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on SI topics.
Plan resource requirements and communicate with justification to management.
