Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high‑bandwidth apps.
• Translate requirements into designs, tooling, and production transfer.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define performance targets.
• Drive roadmaps and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design workflows.
