Job summary

Modern Railway Systems, a subsidiary of Stacy Witbeck, is seeking a Signal Foreman to oversee railway signaling system installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will lead a team of signal technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety standards across projects nationwide.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprints interpretation, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies while maintaining safe train operations and minimizing disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years working on rail transit projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a signaling foreman.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; CDL and crane operating certificate is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various projects nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of railway signaling systems.
• Lead a team of signal technicians and workers.
• Coordinate work schedules and plan activities with the Superintendent.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies or malfunctions on the rail network.
