Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in signage.
• Knowledge of various signage types and materials.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning – Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and design professionals to establish objectives, timelines, budgets and scope.
• Resource Management – Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Vendor Relations – Source and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Project Execution – Oversee installation, fabrication, and production of signage projects.
• Quality Control – Implement measures to ensure final signage meets client expectations.
• Budget and Cost Management – Monitor budgets and provide financial updates to stakeholders.
• Client Communication – Maintain regular communication with clients and address changes.
• Project Documentation – Create schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Team Leadership – Lead and motivate project teams.
