Futura Identities in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee sign projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in signage or construction is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with signage materials, manufacturing processes, and permitting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from client consultation to final installation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and compliance with local signage regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related challenges proactively.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
