Identiti, a national leader in brand implementation, is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee a portfolio of signage programs. You will manage multiple projects, track budgets, and maintain client relationships with proactive communication.

Based in the United States, you will coordinate with Program Managers on resources, vendor pricing, and risk mitigation while mentoring junior PMs. Strong negotiation, organization, and CRM/ERP proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in signage or a related industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of projects ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Lead client meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and manage service agreements to protect margins.
• Forecast revenue and maintain financial reporting within programs.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on workload and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators and newer PMs.
