Imagine is seeking an Installation Project Manager to lead signage and décor installations in retail environments, coordinating plans, schedules, and crews to ensure quality results.

You will work with multiple teams, manage site readiness, and track progress against timelines, while looking for process improvements and opportunities for growth. This role includes travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual communications.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, documents, and timelines to set up projects.
• Coordinate with trades, aligning with budget constraints.
• Collaborate with teams to confirm site readiness and material deliveries.
• Oversee crews installing wallpaper, vinyl, and décor graphics per plans.
• Attend weekly and site meetings and conduct progress walks.
• Identify and resolve issues while maintaining Imagine quality standards.
