FASTSIGNS Tigard is seeking a full-time Production Specialist to lead a production team and ensure high-quality output on vinyl and full-color graphics. You will plan daily workflows, operate HP Latex and Epson printers, and use Onyx 25 or similar RIP software. Training and performance bonuses are available.

You should have 1–2 years in sign production, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving are essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production workflow with priorities and deadlines.
• Lead, coach and train production team.
• Identify problems early to avoid delays and ensure quality.
• Operate and maintain printers and finishing equipment.
• Coordinate materials and inventory with center/production manager.
