This role collaborates with sales, design, and project management to keep jobs moving accurately and on time. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sign production experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand long hours and lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sign production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and apply vinyl graphics.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.
• Ability to use light power equipment.
• Pay rate DOE.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production workflow (schedules/priorities/deadlines).
• Lead, coach, train.
• Proactive in identifying problems before they impact deadlines.
• Commitment to quality.
• Help coordinate materials and inventory needs.
