FASTSIGNS Tigard is hiring a full-time Production Specialist to lead sign production tasks and maintain quality throughout the workflow. You will follow layouts, prep substrates, apply vinyl, and manage finishing steps with attention to detail and profitability.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sign production, ability to stand long periods, lift 50+ pounds, and operate printers. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a competitive, equipe-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table while applying vinyl.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place vinyl or full-color graphics on substrates.
• Prepare substrates including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform pre- and post-production quality checks against Work Orders.
• Finish laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and reorder needs to the center/production manager.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
