Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a hands-on Sign Production & Installation Specialist to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. This role produces high‑quality signs, graphics, and visual communications while assisting with local installations as needed.

You’ll operate large‑format printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment; apply vinyl; assemble letters; and prepare files for production. Reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in sign production, printing, graphics, fabrication, installation, or carpentry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read measurements accurately.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment.
• Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics.
• Produce banners, signs, decals, labels, wall graphics, and other visual communication products.
• Assemble dimensional letters and sign components.
• Prepare files and materials for production.
• Maintain quality control and a clean production area.
• Package and deliver or install completed jobs.
• Maintain a safe production environment.
• Assist with installation of signs and graphics.
• Load and unload materials and equipment; use ladders safely.
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations.

This role is responsible for producing high‑quality signs, graphics, and visual communication products while also assisting with local installations when needed.

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be producing graphics, applying vinyl, and operating printers. The next day you may be helping install dimensional letters, monument signs, window graphics, or wall murals.

What You'll Do

Production Responsibilities

• Operate large‑format printers, plotters, laminators, and finishing equipment
• Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics
• Produce banners, signs, decals, labels, wall graphics, and other visual communication products
• Assemble dimensional letters and sign components
• Prepare files and materials for production
• Maintain quality control throughout the production process
• Package and prepare completed jobs for delivery or installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Installation Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of signs and graphics
• Install window graphics, wall graphics, ADA signage, dimensional letters, post‑and‑panel signs, and other products
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Use ladders and basic installation tools safely
• Ensure installations are completed professionally and accurately
• Represent the company professionally at customer locations

Qualifications

• Experience in sign production, printing, graphics, fabrication, installation, construction, carpentry, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read measurements accurately
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Sign Industry Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required.

We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work on ladders safely
• Ability to perform physical installation work
• Ability to load and unload materials and equipment
