Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking an experienced Sign and Graphics Production Specialist to fabricate storefront signs, graphics, and vehicle signage. You will blend in-shop fabrication with painting and finishing, using laser engravers, CNC machines, laminators, and vinyl tools.

You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, loading and installing signs while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role offers overtime opportunities and a path for growth within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of sign fabrication tools and CNC machines.
• Advanced knowledge of sign materials, fabrication, finishing methods.
• Proficient with power and hand tools; good construction techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage workload independently.
• Good math, spelling, and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and installation instructions.
• Must have valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Relevant prior experience in sign and graphics industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including laser engraver, Zünd router, laminator, and vinyl cutter.
• Prepare substrates, assemble signs, apply vinyl, and perform finishing operations.
• Prepare and paint various materials.
• Load/unload, package, and stage materials for production and installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and report on equipment and inventory.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy throughout production and installation.
• Follow safety protocols and operate tools and vehicles responsibly.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
