Responsibilities

Prepare permit applications.
Submit applications and pick up approved applications.
Research sign ordinances.
Prepare conditional use, variance, and zoning applications.
Talk with planners to resolve customer needs regarding signs.
Post approved permits and fees to jobs.
Attend hearings for conditional use, variance, zone change, and historical site meetings.
