Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performing accurate, comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Developing effective treatment plans with physician approvals.
• Supervising PT assistants and aides in direct patient care.
• Documenting treatment in medical records and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Communicating patient progress with supervisor and interdisciplinary team.
• Instructing families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
• Interviewing patients and families about function and recovery expectations.
• Collaborating with discharge planners and rehab team conferences.
