Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and create individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients directly, oversee rehabilitation technicians indirectly, and supervise Physical Therapy assistants in line with State Practice Acts.

The role requires licensure in the state, a BLS certification, and up-to-date credentials. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered to new team members.

Qualifications

• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certification; required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise Physical Therapy assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
