Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in geriatric and neurological rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and aides in patient care.
• Document services in medical records and billing.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Contribute to rehab team conferences and training.
