Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (IDFPR) in Illinois required.
• BLS within 30 days; complete organization-mandated CE for Hip/Knee program.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.
• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications.
• Completes documentation per regulatory and organizational standards.
