Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Cancer Outpatient Transplant and Cellular Therapy is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to support a new ambulatory infusion program. The team will administer chemotherapy and cellular therapy products, support acute care post-infusion, and assist with IV therapies in a 15-chair pod open daily from 0700 to 1900.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of clinical leadership, state RN licensure, BLS, and oncology experience; oncology certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where the teammate practices.
• Three years clinical experience with demonstrated clinical leadership abilities.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IV therapy and related procedures (bone marrow, spinal taps) preferred.
• Oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises safe, efficient nursing care in compliance with standards and policies.
• Assesses delivery of patient care, teaches patients and families, and identifies improvements.
• Participates in direct patient care as needed and supports emergencies.
