Job summary

The YMCA of the North Shore in Haverhill is seeking a dedicated EEC Teacher-Qualified Classroom Educator to join our Early Learning Program, where curiosity, creativity, and compassion come together daily!

This is a full-time role with a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments. You must meet EEC Lead Teacher qualifications, complete fingerprinting, and maintain CPR & First Aid certification. Grow your career within our Y community.

Qualifications

• Must meet Lead Teacher qualifications as determined by the MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
• Experience with young children growth and development and creating engaging activities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, engaging classroom for children.
• Design and lead age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support diverse learning styles and celebrate each child’s abilities.
• Grow professionally within the YMCA community.
