Job summary

The YMCA of the North Shore in Salem, MA is seeking a dedicated EEC-qualified Classroom Educator for our Early Learning Program. You will create a safe, engaging classroom, design age-appropriate plans, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Requirements include Lead Teacher qualifications per EEC, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time certified teachers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Meet Lead Teacher qualifications as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
• Maintain current Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certification.
• Complete EEC fingerprinting prior to the first day.
