North Central Baptist Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide essential bedside care under RN supervision across multiple units, including pediatrics and maternity. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered support in a busy hospital environment. QUALIFICATIONS include a High School diploma, preferred Nurse Assistant or EMT training, and BLS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Preferred: Nurse Assistant, EMT, Paramedic or Medical Assisting course.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under RN supervision.
• Support patients across units including General Nursing, Maternal Child, Nursery, Pediatric, GI Lab, Emergency and Surgical Services.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Follow care plans and document observations per unit guidelines.
