Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude including basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL.
• Shows initiative, effort, and commitment to complete assignments efficiently.
• Ability to communicate information or ideas effectively in written or oral form.
• Ability to organize, adapt to change, and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
• Possess math skills for basic operations.

Responsibilities

• Report to assigned workplace at the specified time.
• Perform professional custom application of crop nutrients and protection products.
• Submit required paperwork timely and accurately.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment; document work.
• Operate and maintain equipment and facilities within the region.
• Assist with distribution of farm supplies and grain when assigned.
• Notify supervisor of shop tools, inventories, or parts needed.
• Keep shop and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Participate in safety and job-related training.
• Follow company safety and conduct policies.
• Represent the location professionally to customers and community.
