AlphaGraphics Chandler | Gilbert | Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Sign Installer & Large Format Production Specialist to join our Chandler-based production team. The role focuses on installing interior and exterior signs, graphics, and large-format visuals at customer sites throughout the Phoenix area, with close collaboration to our production team.

In addition to installations, you will help with printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, and finishing, ensuring clean, professional

Qualifications

• Experience installing signs, vinyl graphics, and large-format graphics.
• Strong measuring, surface prep, and sign construction skills.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn production systems.

Responsibilities

• Install interior and exterior signs, graphics, and visual communications at customer locations.
• Install wall and window graphics, vinyl lettering, and other signage products.
• Perform site surveys, take field measurements, identify installation requirements, and anticipate challenges.
• Prepare installation surfaces and select appropriate methods.
• Safely use ladders, lifts, and tools during installations.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining quality.
• Communicate with customers and teammates before, during, and after installations.
• Load, transport, organize, and protect signs, graphics, tools, and materials.
• Assist with sign and large-format production, including printing, laminating, mounting, trimming, and applying vinyl.
• Operate and assist with large-format production equipment as needed.
• Review project specifications and completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment on production sites.
• Collaborate with production, design, customer service, and sales to meet deadlines.
