The role requires frequent travel and overnight stays, with compensation in the $100,000–$120,000 range plus a company truck and travel perks. Applicants must meet OSHA 10 and forklift training requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Forklift training required.
• Ability to manage, motivate and prioritize work for a crew required.
• Ability to operate and maintain construction machinery required.
• Ability to process blueprints, specifications, work orders and measurements required.
• Ability to travel with frequent overnight stays required.
• Time management and complex problem-solving skills required.
• Basic technology literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and prioritize work for a crew.
• Demonstrate techniques to ensure project completion.
• Process blueprints, specifications, work orders and measurements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure PPE is worn.
• Operate and maintain construction machinery.
• Work with forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, excavators and other equipment.
• Coordinate with DOT officials and subcontractors.
• Communicate with home office management.
• Submit weekly timesheets and safety checklists via mobile apps or computer.
• Perform site housekeeping and material handling.
• Maintain tool organization.
