Josh Pros LLC is seeking a Guardrail Foreman for an on-site role in Kingston Springs, TN. Expect mid-level responsibilities combining hands-on work with project coordination to ensure quality and timely completion.

Responsibilities include leading a crew, reviewing blueprints and measurements, coordinating with DOT officials and subcontractors, maintaining PPE compliance, and submitting weekly reports. Travel with overnight stays is expected.

• Must possess strong time management to coordinate crews and work orders.
• Able to analyze blueprints and measurements with accuracy.
• Basic tech literacy to use mobile apps for reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a crew; prioritize tasks to ensure on-time project completion.
• Process blueprints, specifications, work orders, and measurements.
• Maintain safety and enforce PPE requirements on site.
• Operate and maintain construction machinery (forklifts, skid steers, bucket trucks, excavators).
• Coordinate with DOT officials, subcontractors, and home office management.
• Submit weekly paperwork (timesheets, safety checklists) via mobile apps or computer.
• Handle site housekeeping, material handling, and tool organization.
