Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• 3+ years estimator experience for a company of similar size or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret job estimates and reports.
• Strong computing skills across software and hardware.
• Ability to understand gross margins, markups, and basic geometry.
• Fluent English communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first positive contact for incoming leads.
• Conduct site surveys with measurements, photos, and notes to scope projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates that meet gross margin goals.
• Provide production with a detailed job briefing and proofs.
• Organize all sales and survey paperwork and track progress to meet expectations.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout all project phases.
