DeNOVO Solutions, LLC is seeking a SIGINT Analyst (TS/SCI with Polygraph). Location: Aurora, CO.

You will support development and integration of multi-domain tools by analyzing RF signals of interest and validating findings, including ELINT, PROFORMA, and FISINT concepts. The role involves guiding data scientists and engineers, translating mission needs into technical requirements, and leading verification activities across the tool lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related professional experience in similar scope and complexity.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly requirement.
• Advanced analysis skills beyond operator level with knowledge of RF signal characteristics.
• Experience conducting technical assessments and operational data analysis.
• Experience translating mission needs into actionable requirements and test criteria.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mission and technical analyst supporting capability development and evaluation of a new tool.
• Guide data scientists, integration engineers, and software engineers through mission requirements and analysis processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders throughout the tool development lifecycle.
• Evaluate developed capabilities against mission objectives, requirements, and performance expectations.
• Lead technical assessments, RF waveform analysis, operational data analysis, and model evaluations.
• Translate complex mission needs into actionable requirements, use cases, and test criteria.
• Support design reviews, demonstrations, and customer technical exchanges during transition activities

DeNOVO is hiring for a SIGINT Analyst that will support the development and integration of multi-domain (ground, maritime, EW, air) tool by analyzing and validating RF signals of interest. In this role the analyst will develop prototype solutions and algorithms to exploit RF non-communications signals such as ELINT, PROFORMA, and FISINT.

In this role you will:

• Serve as a mission and technical analyst supporting capability development and evaluation of a new tool.
• Guide data scientist, integration engineers, and software development engineers through mission requirements and technical analysis process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders throughout the tool development lifecycle
• Evaluate developed capabilities against mission objectives, operational requirements, user needs, and Government-defined performance expectations
• Lead technical assessments, RF waveform analysis, operational data analysis, AI/ML model performance evaluations, and verification and validation activities
• Translate complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations
• Support design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, and operational transition activities

Required Experience:

• Mission and technical analysis experience within the Fusion, Proforma, and COMINT specialties.
• Graduate of the National Cryptologic University SIGC Signals Analyst courses and/or SIGP PROFORMA Analysis Courses
• Advanced analysis skills beyond the operator level with working knowledge of the internal signal characteristics
• Experience conducting technical assessments and operational data analysis
• Experience analyzing RF waveform characteristics, sensor outputs, and operational data
• Experience developing performance metrics, technical reports, documentation, and test reports
• Experience translating complex mission needs into actionable technical requirements, use cases, test criteria, and recommendations
• Experience guiding data scientist, integration engineers, or software development engineers through mission requirements and technical analysis process
• Experience supporting design reviews, demonstrations, customer technical exchanges, customer engagements, and operational transition activities

What You Need:

• Experience:Minimum of T en (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required

Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)

Note: The above salary range is a guideline and represents a broad spectrum of potential compensation. We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.
