Wyetech, LLC seeks a SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst – Skill Level 1 to join a fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 mission-essential operations. You will maintain systems that collect and transmit mission-critical information and provide analytic support to optimize target development.

The role requires Linux expertise, FORNSAT experience, and strong analytical abilities to develop targets of interest within global networks. Flexibility for varying shifts is essential for coverage.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support or related area.
• Experience with modern digital/optical telecom systems and protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux command line and systems
• Familiarity with front-end collection systems and survey systems
• Knowledge of DNR/DNI collection and dataflow including FOP configuration
• Experience with SATCOM technologies and SIGINT data repositories
• Ability to conduct independent research and develop analytic strategies
• Strong analytical reasoning and critical thinking
• Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24x7 mission environment

Job description

Wyetech is seeking a SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst – Skill Level 1 to join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 mission-essential operations. In this role, you will help maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit mission-critical information.

The SIGDEV Analyst provides analytic and technical support to optimize, develop, and maintain assigned customer accesses. This position conducts research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest, identify target communications within global networks, and develop effective analytic strategies.

The technology focus includes data and voice communications, DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, internet communications, and other advanced technologies over IP.

Candidates must understand the importance of supporting a 24x7 mission environment and be flexible with their schedules to ensure mission coverage. Scheduling will be based on mission requirements while considering individual preferences when possible.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, including command-line functionality
• FORNSAT experience
• Experience with front-end collection systems, including survey systems
• Experience with DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
• Experience with software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
• Familiarity with SIGINT and collateral reporting repositories
• Knowledge of modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical reasoning skills
• Ability to conduct independent research and incorporate findings to enhance target development
• Ability to perform basic system troubleshooting
• Ability to follow and appropriately update technical and operational documentation
• Ability to identify target communications within global networks
• Ability to support varying schedules in a 24x7 mission environment, including weekends and holidays

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
• Scripting experience with Bash, Shell, and/or Python
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
• Basic knowledge of network protocols

Capabilities:

• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information
• Utilize SIGINT and collateral reporting repositories to support analysis and target development
• Conduct and incorporate independent research to enhance target developmentSupport front-end collection systems and survey systems
• Support DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
• Monitor systems and perform basic troubleshooting in support of mission operations
• Maintain and update technical and operational documentation as required

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support
• Within the last seven (7) years, at least three (3) years of experience must have been with:
  • Modern digital and/or optical telecommunications systems and protocols
  • Telephony switching system networks; and/or
  • Internet communications
• Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance are required.

Schedule:

This position supports 24x7 mission-essential operations. Candidates must be flexible and able to support varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.

• Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
• Swing Shift: 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM
• Mid/Overnight Shift: 9:45 PM – 5:45 AM

Scheduling will be based on mission coverage requirements while considering individual preferences when possible.
