Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 10+ years demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last 10 years, 5+ years in modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and related networks.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Provide SIGDEV support and develop access optimization.
• Independently perform and guide LEVEL 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.
• Identify target communications within the global network.
