Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is hiring a SIGDEV Analyst Level 2 in the Annapolis Junction, MD area for a fast-paced 24x7 watch center. You will support national security networks, maintain front-end collection systems, and ensure data flows securely to decision-makers.

A current TS/SCI clearance with a Maryland polygraph is required to be considered. The role may involve varying schedules including day, swing, mid, and Panama shifts to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SIGINT analytics.
• 3–5 years in modern digital/optical telecom systems.
• Proficiency with Linux CLI.
• FORNSAT experience required.
• Front-end collection systems experience.
• DNR/DNI dataflow and FOP configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and documentation.
• Familiarity with SATCOM technologies.
• CSCP-450 course completed.

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7 mission-critical watch operations.
• Maintain customer computers and networks to ensure data flow.
• Optimize data and voice communications systems.
