SIGDEV Analyst 2

Location: Annapolis Junction, MD | Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph | Employment Type: Full-Time | Salary Range: $149,500-$166,100

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven SIGDEV Analyst 2 to support critical government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD.

What You'll Do

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

What You Bring

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• At least five (5) years demonstrated experience in and knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
• Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
• The ability to support a 24x7 mission operation with a weekly schedule working either Day Shift (0545 - 1345), Swing Shift (1345 - 2145), or Mid Shift (2145 - 0545) to include weekends and some holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc.)
• Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations
• Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors
• Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities
• Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
• Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
• Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development
• Ability to identify target communications within the global network

Compensation & Benefits

The projected salary range for this position is $149,500-$166,100, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
