Job summary

Description:

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer’s computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimise and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP. Candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24x7 mission-essential TTO and be able to support a shift schedule such as mid shift, swing shift, or Panama shift to ensure mission coverage.

Position Required Skills:

Position Desired Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and networks.
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a 24x7 operational watch center.

SDA2 Qualifications:

At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development (SIGDEV) analytic support.

Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.

Salary Range:

$136k-$166k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
