You will prepare traditional Korean dishes that meet dietary and safety guidelines, collaborate with dietary staff on weekly culturally appropriate menus, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety. Must speak Korean; English/Korean bilingual ability is valued.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Korean cuisine, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.
• Knowledge of Korean ingredients and elder dietary needs.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward older adults.
