Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking a Siemens OpCenter (Camstar) MES Solution Architect for remote work in the United States. The role involves end-to-end MES implementation, upgrade planning, and solution architecture across global projects.

The candidate will lead CIO maps/workflows design, ensure Camstar site implementation, and coordinate with ERP/LIMS interfaces while supporting Life Science processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with large, global projects and responsible for overall delivery quality.
• End-to-end MES implementation lifecycle on Siemens OpCenter (Camstar).
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO.
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade activities.
• Experience leading MES requirements and Factory Model implementations.
• Life Science domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Camstar interfaces with ERP, LIMS, Equipment, and HMI.
• Understanding of computer system validations processes.
• SQL knowledge is required.
• Role focuses on designing, upgrading, and developing CIO maps and workflows and site implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrade plans, design CIO maps and workflows.
• Oversee the overall Camstar site implementation.
• Distribute work within the project team and drive delivery.
• Ensure integration with external systems (ERP/LIMS/Equipment/HMI).

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.
• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade
• Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Domain experience in Life Science
• Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.
• Knowledge of SQL,
• The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows
• An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.
• She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar
• Responsible to distribute the work within team members.
