Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end MES implementation on Siemens OpCenter (Camstar) for life sciences. You will drive upgrade plans, design and develop CIO maps/workflows, and ensure high delivery quality across global projects.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in Life Science, expertise in Camstar interfaces with ERP/LIMS/HMI, and leadership to coordinate a project team onsite in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, global projects and delivering project quality.
• End-to-end MES implementation on Siemens OpCenter (Camstar).
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO.
• Leading MES upgrade and Factory Model implementation.
• Domain expertise in Life Science.
• Interfaces with Camstar MES to ERP/LIMS/Equipment/HMI.

Responsibilities

• Function as Solution Architect and upgrade planning, design, code and develop CIO maps/workflows.
• Understand user requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Oversee site implementation of Camstar and distribute work across team members.

• Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.
• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO
• Experience in Camstar UpgradeExperience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Domain experience in Life Science
• Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.
• Knowledge of SQL,
• The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows
• An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 a year
