Job summary

SFE seeks a Technical Lead to guide the delivery of MES solutions for a global project based in Atlanta. You will drive architecture, upgrade plans and CIO mappings, ensuring robust designs and on-time delivery.

The role requires deep Camstar/MES expertise and leadership across cross-functional teams. You will coordinate the site implementation of Camstar, lead the requirements definition, and manage work distribution within the team, while maintaining a focus on Life Science domain interfaces

Qualifications

• Experience with large, global projects and ensuring delivery quality.
• End-to-end MES implementation on Siemens OpCenter (Camstar predecessor).
• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Camstar Designer.
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade projects.
• Lead MES implementation for Factory Model projects.
• Domain expertise in Life Science industry.
• Familiar with interfaces between Camstar MES and ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI.
• Knowledge of computer system validation concepts.
• Proficient in SQL and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as Solution Architect; design upgrade plans, CIO maps and workflows.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions and deliverables.
• Lead site-wide Camstar implementation and coordinate team work.
• Distribute tasks within the team and supervise project progress.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.
• Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)
• Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO
• Experience in Camstar Upgrade
• Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Domain experience in Life Science
• Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
• Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.
• Knowledge of SQL,
