Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years of CNC programming experience using Siemens NX CAD/CAM software.
Experience setting up, adjusting, and maintaining CNC machines for optimal performance.
Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and refine NC/CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers and mill-turn equipment.
Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, grinding, milling and turning.
Interpret and analyze drawings, blueprints, and specs to determine machine settings.
Monitor operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust.
Perform routine CNC maintenance and cleaning for longevity.
Collaborate with team to optimize production processes and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specs.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and settings.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
