Job summary

DRT Holdings, LLC in Sidney, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to advance our precision manufacturing capabilities. You will program using Siemens NX to create 3-, 4-, and 5-axis programs.

You will interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, set speeds and feeds, and drive efficient machining while supporting simulations, prove-outs, and troubleshooting. You will also develop setup sheets and documentation to ensure AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience (3-axis minimum).
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Experience building programs from scratch and optimizing cycles.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming using Siemens NX.
• Develop 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC programs.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Drive tooling selection, speeds/feeds, and cutting strategy.
• Support simulation, prove-outs, and troubleshooting.
• Improve cycle time and machining efficiency.
• Create setup sheets and process documentation.
• Support AS9100 aerospace quality standards.
