Ideal Siding is seeking subcontractor crews for residential siding installations in the Greensboro area. You will work on projects involving vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, cedar, and other siding materials.

A reliable crew lead or manager, your own tools, valid driver's license, and transportation are required to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards. We offer on-time payments, excellent pay scales and raises with proven performance, and access to ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience with residential siding installation.
• Reliable crew lead or manager.
• Own tools and equipment to complete the job.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Complete residential siding installations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Ideal Siding team on project scope and timelines.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety on site.
• Ensure clean work site and timely project turnover.
• Communicate progress and any issues to project lead.

What You'll Do

Your crew will be completing residential projects using one or more of the following materials:

• Vinyl siding
• James Hardie siding
• Engineered wood siding
• Metal siding
• Cedar siding
• Other siding products as required by the project

Project details, scope, and timelines are coordinated by the Ideal Siding team before work begins.
