Job summary

Ideal Siding Burlington is seeking experienced siding installation crews for subcontracted residential projects in Vermont. You will complete installations across vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, cedar and other siding products on prepared sites.

As a subcontractor, you’ll manage crews, coordinate on-time material deliveries, and ensure safety and quality. We offer project-based work with dependable payments and competitive pay scales as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential siding on multiple materials (vinyl, James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, cedar).
• Proven track record leading a crew or supervising crews on job sites.
• Must own tools/equipment and have reliable transportation to sites.

• Lead and coordinate crews on residential siding projects from start to finish.
• Ensure work meets timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and on-site logistics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience with residential siding installation
• Reliable crew lead or manager
• Own tools and equipment to complete the job
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to complete projects based on agreed timelines and quality standards
